Female split piece mould for couplers, nosecone and boattail. Exterior coating on fuselage to improve outer surface finish for better rocket aerodynamics. Nose tip of Aluminum.

Arya, launched in spaceport America cup 2019, was made entirely of carbon fibre. In this, we incorporated Al 6061T6 bulkheads, centring rings. Lapwing 2 was a subscale rocket used to test all the system. An in house reefing mechanism was designed to facilitate the easier recovery of the rocket. Male mould for fuselage Female split piece moulds for couplers, nosecone and boattail was used in the manufacturing o the rocket

Lapwing 1 was our subscale launch for VYOM to test ideas and functionality of every subsystem.
